ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Once you place your order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. After that, your order ships and typically arrives within 6–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and how busy we are at the time of your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum required.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
I haven't received my tracking email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder just in case. If you still can't find it, reach out to us at puveau@gmail.com and we'll send it your way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with free shipping on every order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
PRODUCT & COMPATIBILITY
Is the Atelira Aura compatible with my phone?
Yes — the Atelira Aura works with virtually any smartphone or tablet. Induction mode works with iPhone and Android smartphones (we recommend removing your case for the best result). Bluetooth 5.3 mode connects with iPhone, Android, iPad, and most Bluetooth-enabled tablets and devices.
How does the induction technology work?
Just place your phone on the stand and the speaker automatically senses it and amplifies your audio — no Bluetooth pairing or apps needed. Take your phone away, and the music stops instantly. For the best induction effect, remove your phone case and set the volume to 50% or higher.
What's the difference between Induction and Bluetooth mode?
Induction mode requires no pairing — just place your phone on the stand and audio amplifies instantly. Bluetooth 5.3 mode connects wirelessly within 33ft and works even when your phone is across the room. Switch between modes with one click depending on what you need.
What's included in the box?
Every order includes 1× Atelira Aura 5-in-1 Induction Speaker, 1× USB Type-C charging cable, and 1× user manual. Everything you need to get started right out of the box.
BATTERY & CHARGING
How do I charge the speaker?
The speaker charges via the included USB Type-C cable. A full charge takes about 2–3 hours.
How long does the battery last?
The built-in 3500mAh battery delivers 5–8 hours of continuous playback depending on volume and light settings.
Can I use it as a power bank?
Yes — the Atelira Aura can charge your phone in a pinch, making it a handy emergency power bank when you're on the go.
Can I change or turn off the RGB lights?
Yes — the Atelira Aura features 8 dynamic RGB ambient light modes you can cycle through with the M button. You can switch through different colors, breathing effects, or turn the lights off completely if you just want the audio.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer a 40-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all original accessories. Please contact us at puveau@gmail.com within 40 days of receiving your order to start a return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned speaker, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Can I exchange my speaker?
Yes. The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one. Reach out to us at puveau@gmail.com and we'll guide you through it.
What if my speaker arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at puveau@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized orders are non-returnable. If you have a question about a specific item, just reach out to us at puveau@gmail.com.
